Kavbet Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the kavbet platform. Please read all sections carefully before creating an account or using any part of the service. By accessing kavbet, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Creation and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on kavbet. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's information — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using kavbet, you agree to the following obligations and platform rules:

- You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or tool to interact with the platform in any way.

- You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any form of fraudulent activity.
- You will not share your account credentials or allow any other person to access your account.
- You agree that gaming outcomes are determined by certified random processes, and you will not dispute valid game results through illegitimate means.
Kavbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these obligations, with or without prior notice, and to withhold any funds associated with fraudulent activity pending investigation.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All accounts on kavbet operate in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonuses, and winnings are all denominated in PHP. Kavbet does not guarantee a specific exchange rate for any international payment method.
Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment channel. Kavbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, pending bonus terms where applicable, and standard processing times as described in the FAQ section.
Players must use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. Any funds deposited from an unverified or mismatched source may be frozen pending review. Kavbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse transactions that do not meet verification requirements.

Kavbet does not guarantee specific gaming outcomes. All results are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer processes, as applicable. Kavbet's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the seven days preceding the incident.
All content on kavbet.pro — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of kavbet or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Kavbet may link to or integrate content from third-party providers. Kavbet is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services accessed through or in connection with the platform.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
Kavbet may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if it determines, in good faith, that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting kavbet support through the logged-in help channel. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player subject to standard withdrawal procedures and applicable verification requirements. Funds associated with bonus activity or pending investigation may be withheld during the review period.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of kavbet that cannot be resolved through the platform's support process may be referred to the appropriate legal or regulatory authority.
